About Todd

Like so many others over the decades, Todd fell in love with Portland years ago because, well, it’s awesome.

Todd graduated from the UMass Amherst in 2017 and settled down in Portland, Maine with his wife Emma, and they were married at Portland City Hall.

Portland is not without its challenges, like any city. There’s plenty of work to do. But Portland is still a unique and incredible place to live, and Todd has been working for years to make sure every Portlander can share in that.

• Founder of the Urbanist Coalition of Portland, a grassroots advocacy group that works to make Portland a more livable city

• Serves on the Zoning Board of Appeals

• Member of the Portland Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee

• Co-founded a clinical research company, as a software engineer

• Homeowner in the East Bayside neighborhood with his wife Emma
